Our History

SWIRE REALTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was established in 1987 with the primary purpose of buying, developing and selling real estate that will be way above the rest.

Foremost of the company's objectives is to master the art of property development – from subdivisions and townhomes to residential and commercial condominiums. Aware of its social responsibility, Swire works on projects that will provide each dweller an atmosphere conducive to his meaningful existence, and that will help him develop his potentials to the fullest.

To date, the company has completed various distinctive projects: The only Tropical Isle in the City - Garden Island Condoville at New Manila, Quezon City, City Garden Townhomes, Rainbow Garden Townhomes, Verde de Pasadena Condominium and Townhouses at San Juan City and the first complete condominium-hotel in Makati Central Business District, The Makati Palace Hotel. An upcoming project is a limited first-class gated community along V. Cruz St., San Juan, Greenhills Luxe Residences will be opened to the market in first quarter of 2011.

Very soon, through its Modern Asia Hotel and Resort Corporation, the company will be breaking new grounds for a world-class hotel resort in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Swire Realty Development Corporation's distinguished name has already been carved in the industry where it belongs. It is the only real estate developer that works on its own, without resorting to commercial and / or international loans. Thus, limiting its exposure to indebtedness and leaves many rooms for earned trust of its loyal patrons and investors.
